If my tax professor is anything, he is honest:
Professor A: I am forcing you guys to learn about like-kind exchanges for three reasons:
- I had to learn it, and if it was good enough for me, it’s good enough for you.
- It’s just torture, and I just enjoy seeing everyone squirm!
- I think it’s important, whether or not you take any other tax classes, to have some exposure to a tax-free transaction licensed and approved by the tax code.

Apparently today is “email Jansen with your No.634 grievances” day, because I’ve received a ton of emails about expired facebook links.
Before I moved to over to Hostmonster, I used to host my galleries at my Facebook account and link to my facebook galleries. I did not know at the time that these links expire.
So, my project over the next few days (weeks?) is throwing the now-inaccessible facebook pictures on this blog.
These are pictures of the Biscayne Bay area of Miami. Some of the images are also from South Beach. Click on the images to see larger files. RSS/Facebook readers: click here if you cannot see the gallery or if the images do not link to image files.
